Plasma Thin film International Union Meeting

The PLAsma THIN film International Union Meeting (PLATHINIUM) is a biennial scientific meeting providing a forum for the exchange of scientific information in the fields of low-temperature plasmas and thin films, providing tutorials for students, and creating synergies between the academia, science and industry. It was created in 2019, from combining the former conferences CIP, ITFCP and MIATEC, and is now on its 4th edition. Areas of emphasis include thin films and coatings in microelectronics, automotive, and aeronautics industries, as well as plasmas, thin films and nanostructures used in environmental, energy, biomedical and agricultural applications.
PLATHINIUM 2025 will be held in Antibes, September 22-26, and will continue the tradition of being a leading venue for the advancement of low temperature plasmas and thin film science and technology. We are looking forward to welcoming you at Antibes!
