General information

The Conference will combine the scientific program with an industrial exhibition which will be held next to the lecture rooms together with the coffee breaks, lunch area and poster location.

Companies and organizations are invited to present their products, services and the latest developments in the fields of surface treatment, materials, plasmas and coatings, surface analysis, imaging and microscopy, vacuum systems.

The exhibition will be opened on Tuesday 21 and Thursday 23 September 2027. 

RENTAL FEE SPACE

EXHIBITION AREA

• 40 exhibition spaces with one table and 3 chairs (no modular scheme) 
• Gould area, level 2, ANTIPOLIS - Antibes Convention centre

DAYS & HOURS

Set up: Tuesday 21 September 2027, from 09:00 to 11:00
Commercial exhibition: From Tuesday 21 September at 11:00 to Thursday 23 Septembre 
Dismantling: Thursday 23 September after the afertoon coffee break.

Rules and regulation

The 30% non-refundable deposit to SFV will validate your reservation.
As soon as your reservation is validated, your company will be added on the list of exhibitors posted on the website.

You will be contacted later to select your booth location on a first-come-first served basis.
